Exploring Below for Keys to Empowerment

introspection, spiritual teachings, Mary Magdalene's mother, conscious channeling, moving beyond fear

Have you ever been afraid of experiencing what you most desire?

Or found what you’d automatically been resisting turned out to be key to your freedom and growth?

Lately, I’ve come to recognize the conflict that has lived in me between being drawn to  that which carries the deepest emotional truth for me, and my fear of being swept away by its sheer intensity.  Yet each time, once I’ve acquiesced to its current, it has borne me up and fulfilled me in ways I would never have predicted.

Such was clearly the case with my relationship to “the third Mary,” Mary of Niza, mother of Mary Magdalene.

I had great resistance to connecting with her, despite or because of the strength of this connection. Yet once I allowed myself to pass through that fear and open to her presence and messages, I regained a part of myself and received much that is precious to me, in particular the ability to share her gifts with others, and open more avenues to receive the gifts planted in biblical times.

There is so much more to the story than we’ve been told, and great misunderstandings that have occurred. One of these regards Judas, the man whose name has become synonymous with “traitor.”

Toward the end of my dictation-period with Mary of Niza, (published in The Third Mary: 55 Messages for Empowering Truth, Peace & Grace from the Mother of Mary Magdalene), I had the opportunity to ask my questions. By this point, Judas had been repeatedly referred to most positively. Though I’d discovered and strongly felt the truth of why this would be so when I’d read the book I Remember Union, I asked Mary of Niza, “What else can you tell me about Judas?” Here is her response:

“He was a strong, good-looking man of great integrity, true to his word. That is why his supposed bearing of false witness against Jesus the Christ was so crucial to the Christ story. It made him appear the ultimate traitor, though it was his deep loyalty that anchored him in doing this so the Resurrection would be possible.

Yes, he was consciously aware of this, and it was a brutally difficult role to play. He loved Jesus the Christ mightily and this was the cross he chose to bear when his soul stepped forward during this time in the Swing Between the worlds.”*

Similarly to how Judas’s part in the Resurrection is described, might there be situations and/or people we project our fear and judgment upon that are actually serving our highest good?

As we move into this time of Thanksgiving, might we choose to be bold enough to give thanks for that which has catalyzed our growth, spurring us on to dig more deeply for our wisdom and claim our empowerment? And even to give thanks for that which brings as yet unrecognized or unknown benefits?

This is not to say that trespasses against us are okay, nor to minimize our challenges, but to accept them fully, still knowing that we and they are more than what may appear at the surface.

From our greatest challenges may arise our greatest gifts.

And sometimes, opening to them may bring far more joy than the struggle of trying to fend them off.

I look forward to exploring this territory with greater consciousness and conscientiousness now, and with as much Grace and wisdom as possible to help me reap its gifts. And I wish you a whole-y, holy-day and time of great appreciation, fulfillment, and joy, and any support you may need to mine the gifts of your challenges!

Namaste, and a very happy Thanksgiving to you!

Your Energy Movement, November 2019

Throat Chakra Activation Drawing, copyright Roslyn McGrath

As we move toward the end of the current Mercury Retrograde, the last for 2019, it may be helpful to turn your attention to the multi-faceted purpose and wisdom of your throat chakra, the center for speaking and hearing truth.

The following is an excerpt from the throat chakra chapter of my book Chakras Alive! Exploring & Expanding Your Inner Rainbow.

Throat Chakra Speaks

I am a portal of giving and receiving, a place where you imbibe and expel air, food, information, and concepts; a gateway for listening and self-expression; a triad for expression—you utilize what is available to you on many levels, re-create and/or translate it, and send it forth into the Universe through your self-expression. This is under-utilized by many who believe they must parrot what is given them, rather than perform this series of activities.

I am helpful in sorting out which elements you wish to create with and which hold no value for you other than as contrast to what you do value.

You express on many levels all of the time, and I am the place where you refine what you choose to express deliberately.

I am also the portal for truly hearing what is happening around you, what is being expressed by others, throughout and beyond all dimensions.

I assist you to ask questions, make yourself heard, to perform acts of creativity and self-expression, from the most seemingly mundane to the most seemingly grandiose.

I am willing to work with you on any type of project or activity. None is better or less than any other through my lens. It is simply a matter of how fully you choose to allow yourself to express.

I am invaluable to every area and aspect of your life—every form of relationship, activity, decision-making, and belief.

I value your nature as a portal for extraordinary alchemy, and I support a crucial aspect of this—that of listening, i.e., intake of energies, information, nutrients, ideas, ingredients for re-creation; the process of such re-creating for self-expression; and the sharing, the exhale, the outer expression of this thought, feeling, idea, belief, plan, poem, music, art, recipe, revelation.

I support your ongoing expansion through these three interdependent processes, and hence the expansion of your Universe. This is where Creator and Creation are One; where you are truly present as a microcosm of the ultimate macrocosm, the “as above, so below” in action. It is a mighty realm of beingness, and I thank you for the magnificent opportunity it offers me and all!!!!

Goddess Wisdom for November, 2019

Goddess Art, Goddess Wisdom, Goddess Meditation, U.P. metaphysical, U.P. holistic practitioner, U.P. reader, visionary artBuoyancy ~ Freedom ~ Clarity ~ Expansiveness ~ Sweetness of Life

I won’t lie to you, this has not been the predominant note of my start to November. While I am committed to my current projects and choices, things have been bumpy, and at times quite frustrating of late, (I’d like to say Mercury Retrograde doesn’t impact me, but publishing a magazine, Health & Happiness, makes its effect abundantly clear to me), though interspersed with the shine of my spiritual practices and supportive, fun friendship. So I am thrilled to dive into the energy that Flower Deva shares with us.

If you’d like to do so also, here’s some additional support.

Meditation from Flower Deva

Breathe

into the sky.

Breathe

out to the sky.

Breathe

in more blue sky,

curling shoulders forward

‘round sky

curling

Shoulders ‘round back

toward sky.

Feel the sky in your lungs.

Feel the sky in your heart.

Feel the sky moving ‘round the world.

Through your breathe you’re doing your part

to weave yourself into its story.

to weave yourself into the world,

to carry its riches into your self,

to bring your riches into its furls.

So feel the sky in your belly.

Feel the sky in your throat.

Let its lightness lift you up

to concentrate on its coat

of living breathing color

of live breathing light,

of space so clear that far seems near,

and you can levitate into flight.

So breathe into your eyes now.

breathe into your womb.

Let thoughts delight

and dreams take flight

with elemental zoom.

Breathe into your ears.

Breathe into your toes.

Let chants of breeze

your heart do seize

to sweep aside all woes.

Breathe into your tail bone.

Breathe into your crown

‘til all’s aligned with Heaven’s time

and harmony abounds.

Breathe into all doorways

offered by your skin.

Carry their mark into all your parts

and revel in the space therein.

Breathe into your bounty.

Breathe into your love.

Breathe into the nectar

that’s created from above.

Breathe it into daytime.

Breathe it into night.

Breathe it into thoughts that sing

of joyous home delight.

Your wings stretch out forever.

Your wings are made of light

and thoughts that sing ‘til flowers ring

with your freedom gratitude flight.

Soul Work

Heaven on Earth, soul integration, Soul Body Fusion® practitioner, metaphysical Marquette MI, U.P. healer, U.P. holistic practitioner

Living heaven on earth requires bringing more of the heavenly aspect of ourselves here. So soul integration is required.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to learn various ways to accelerate this. The most basic element, intention, cannot be ignored. Simple yet with the power to move what  may seem like mountains of obstacles. Intention aims you toward your chosen destiny, and keeps you going through any detours or challenges. The method(s) provides the vehicle for moving forward.

One of my favorite soul-integration vehicles is Soul Body Fusion®, brought through by spiritual teacher and channel Jonette Crowley. It invites and supports your soul to take charge of this integration process in whatever way best suits you. Shortly after learning how to facilitate this in 2009, I was blessed to be one of the first group trained to teach this to others, and lately I’ve been sharing SBF nearly every day.

Because the soul is in charge, you cannot predict the fusion’s specific positive outcomes, however, in some cases the results have been quite dramatic and potentially life-saving.  One similarity I’ve noted among those I’ve worked with is finding old issues or triggers no longer affect them, that things feel smoother, and they feel like a long-lost part of themselves has returned.

I know for myself that I feel more aligned and expansive, feel a fuller sense of “me” in my energy field, more hopeful and confident. The more we radiate our actual selves, the more easily we connect with what truly suits us, and currently, I feel the next level of expansion in my external reality preparing to launch.

I’ve also been exploring how Soul Body Fusion® relates to other soul-integration modalities I’ve learned, and different ways of integrating these methods so I can share the best of my discoveries.

Because the soul and body belong together (that’s what birth is, just as death is their separation), Soul Body Fusion® and my related work can be shared with anyone at any time – no permission, scheduling, or being in the same physical space required. This has allowed me to support those going through trauma freely, knowing I’m not interfering because I’m acting as a neutral initiator of a process his or her soul is facilitating. And to amp up my own soul integration, as I naturally benefit simultaneously through resonance.

With All Soul’s Day initiating the start of November, I am making soul integration the focus of my first Wed. of the month healing circle. If you’d like to join us in person or remotely, be sure to contact me ASAP, and/or feel free to schedule your own private session. I also hope to teach Soul Body Fusion® next year, and will keep you posted.

Namaste & all the blessings of your soul-filled life to you,

Roslyn Elena McGrath
