Activating Your 9 Chakras

Late last fall, to my surprise, I felt impelled to put together information on the chakras. I was planning to facilitate “Self-Healing through the Chakras” and noticed that the resource list I usually handed out to attendees felt lifeless to me. I wondered why I’d never thought to ask the chakras themselves what they’d like us to know about them. As a natural channel, it seemed like a no-brainer, yet I’d never considered this before.

Once I did, however, the information came quickly and clearly, as did a more visceral sense of my own and others’ chakras. I also kept seeing a root chakra-related image in my mind, and felt compelled to draw it. This led to a whole series of drawings designed to activate each of the chakras.

I’ve since published all of this in Chakras Alive! Exploring & Expanding Your Inner Rainbow,
and most recently, have recorded the meditations in the book in the Chakras Alive! Meditations for Igniting Your Energy Centers CD.

But there’s nothing quite like live interaction with those who come together to accelerate their own evolution. Last month’s Rainbows & Thunder 9-Chakra Activation Intensive was indeed intensive and powerful! By request, I am offering another such workshop on Sat., Oct. 1 – Illuminating Your Inner Rainbow: 9-Chakra Activation Intensive on the New Moon.

Through color, sound, imagery, intention, appreciation, movement, meditation, group energy, and info. from Chakras Alive!, we’ll deepen and increase the flow of energy and balance in our bodies and lives.

This workshop is for novices and experts alike, and all will receive their own  copies of the Chakras Alive! book, Chakras Alive! Meditation CD, and a set of 8 Chakra Activation Prints.

As we head into colorful autumn, I hope you’ll pause to reflect upon and admire the colors within you as well, and to build upon the balance within your own body, mind and life.

Namaste & blessings,

Roslyn Elena McGrath
